Complete Physical Consist:

Complete Blood Count

  • anemia, blood disorders, infection, shape/size of red & white blood cells

Lipid

  • total cholesterol, good & bad cholesterol, triglycerides

Urine Analysis

  • infection, kidney problems, diabetes, other metabolic conditions

Complete Metabolic Panel

  • random blood sugar, liver, kidney function test, electrolytes, calcium, potassium, liver enzymes

Thyroid/ T4

  • measures how well your thyroid gland is working

  • evaluates thyroid function, diagnose thyroid disease

Electrocardiogram

  • checks size and electrical activity of the heart

Additional test may include:

Pap Smear

  • Screening for the presence of precancerous or cancerous cells on the cervix

Testosterone

  • checks for hypogonadism refers to a decrease in one or both of the two major functions of the testes sperm production and testosterone production

Hemoglobin A1C

  • measured primarily to identify the three-month average plasma glucose concentration. 

  • The higher your A1C level, the poorer your blood sugar control and the higher your risk of diabetes complications. 

Mammogram

  • Referral

  • Diagnose and locate tumors of the breast

Prostate-specific antigen (PSA)

  • a protein produced by cells of the prostate gland

Vitamin D​

  • helps keep bones, muscles, & heart healthy and strong by absorbing calcium through the body

  • Tests for Vitamin D deficiency 

Colonoscopy

  • Referral

  • helps find ulcers, colon polyps, tumors, and areas of inflammation or bleeding.
